The big night

Driving around all day running errands, getting to rehearsal, stopping by my sister's, etc., I have these brief moments where the reality of everything—the immediacy and significance of graduating from high school—suddenly hits me, and I get sort of teary eyed and bite my bottom lip, and then the moment is gone before any tears fall. It's still hard for me to believe. In just a few hours, for the first time in many many years I won't be a student. Just a graduate—an alumn—with plans, but no real enrollment.
Songs listened to compulsively today:
"Rocky Raccoon" - The Beatles
"Turn Into" - The Yeah Yeah Yeahs
"Ooh La La" - The Faces

Welcome to the past, bucko. You're swimming through the archive of rocket-fish.org. If this isn't where you were headed, I suggest you get out of here while there's still time.

It must be terrifying, the vast unknown.
I thought I'd take this moment to say....I adore the Vimeo clip you have, "Dancerageous Erik."
