When you're hypoglysemic, there's this point in eating a giant bowl of pasta where your body anticipates the headache and unconsciousness to follow, and at that point there's no limit to the amount of food that can fit inside your mouth. It's as if your tastebuds know that the window of time is about to close, so your gag reflex ceases to exist, and all that can be said is MUST. FINISH. PASTA. BEFORE. LOSING. CONSCIOUSNESS.

What a sinful food. Who needs drugs when you can get a sugar high and then pass out for three hours?
